    OPD IT Support

    All of our GAN laptops go through a thorough test & evaluation process, however IF anything should go wrong we want to help. So in addition to our 1 Year Warranty,  we also offer the OPD IT Support, which is available on any GAN Laptop you purchase from OPD.

    What does it Cost?It’s Free!

    How Long?It will last for 31 days from the day you receive your Laptop

    How do I activate it?Click Here and fill out this really simple form or Call Us on 0118 9925000, we will email you back to confirm that your support service is activated. We will give you a reference number.

    What do I get?You will get up to 15 mins of email, or remote access technical support

    How does it work?Once activated we will assess the description of the problem you have described and recommend one of three options

    Option 1: That you send the Laptop back to us to be replaced or repaired, it then becomes a warranty replacement.

    Option 2: That one of our technicians remotely access your laptop to check it out in more detail and hopefully resolve any issues.

    Option 3: We will send you an email with some suggestions on how to resolve the issue(s) you are experiencing.

    Remote Access

    Is this safe? - We understand that there is a trust issue here, so you control this completely, we will only access you laptop if you give us permission.

    How Does this Work?We will send you a simple instruction sheet on how to load a piece of remote access software onto your laptop, this will be free.

    Then What?You will let us know (by email) when you would like us to access your laptop. This will be a 2 hour time slot where you need to be online. This time slot must be: Monday to Friday between 8-00 AM and 3-00 PM

    And Then?We will confirm this slot by email and then at any time in this slot you will e mail to us your ‘Team Viewer’ ID and Password. Our technician will then access your laptop and we will do our very best to resolve the issue. We will email once we have finished!
